Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make a return quickly and easily. You can decide to make the items purchased on within 14 days from the delivery date, following the online procedure or directly in our store. In both cases, make sure that the items you return are in the same condition in which you received them and with their original packaging. Begin the procedure by sending an email to, you will receive a confirmation email with all the instructions to proceed with the preparation of the package. You can contact the courier of your choice. We suggest, however, to opt for a traceable shipment. The cost of the return shipment will be at your expense and will be withheld from the refund made on the payment method used. Alternatively you can send us an email and arrange a delivery to the store or a meeting for the return. In the mail there must be the following data: Order number; Product references for which you request assistance; Accurate description of the problem; Photo of any damage to the product. To proceed with the return of a bulky product, make sure that the product is shipped unassembled (or in any case, as you received it) and that it is packed in its original intact packaging. If the return does not comply with these conditions, we will not be able to accept it and make the refund. Refunds After receiving the return and verifying the conditions, you will receive an email confirmation of return and will immediately request a refund. The repayment times vary based on the payment method chosen: - Credit Card: our bank will make the refund within 7 working days from the email confirmation of return. The time required to view the refund on your account depends on the card issuing institution - PayPal: the refund will be visible on the account within the time provided by PayPal. - Cash on delivery: the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank or postal account: in the email you will have to indicate the IBAN to make the refund. The amount reimbursed will be visible on the statement of account within 10 working days from the Confirmation Accepted Return email We remind you that the return option at the point of sale is valid only if you have not opted for the mark as a payment method. In fact, the store will not be able to refund the amount of your order in cash.
